Perishable Items

Fresh flowers, plants, and edible gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue upon delivery.

Seasonal Substitutions

For seasonal flowers, we reserve the right to replace specific blooms with similar flowers of equal or greater value if the requested items are not currently in stock.

Quality Concerns

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or not as expected, please notify us within 16 hours of delivery. To assist with your claim, please provide clear photos of the unsatisfactory items along with your order details to:

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–6 working days after we receive the returned item or confirm the validity of the complaint.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, we may be unable to accommodate changes due to the handcrafted nature of our floral arrangements.
