Prices are as listed on the website and may change without notice. Payment must be made in full before processing.
Seasonal Substitutions: For seasonal flowers, we reserve the right to replace specific blooms with similar flowers if the requested items are not in stock.
Delivery areas and times are specified on the website. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Perishable products such as flowers are delivered fresh; we cannot guarantee longevity after delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
